FRIED foods are not only high in fat but also high in calories; consequently, eating fried food regularly results in obesity.

There are no ways around the fact that FRIED food increases Cancer risk. People who eat foods such as Fried Fish, Doughnuts or French Fries at least once a week have a higher risk to be diagnosed with cancer compared to those who abstain from such foods.

FRIED foods are deep fried in heavy oil that contains saturation fats that increases the risk of heart diseases that can result in strokes.
MIXED WITH CHEMICALS
Almost all FRIED foods have chemical additives to increase the life of such foods. These chemical additives destroy almost all the nutrients.
